Senior High Youth Director

The Senior High Youth Director will develop and lead the Senior High School Youth Activities program. He/she is also responsible for recruitment of high school youth. Programming will include weekly meetings and activities for the above mentioned age group.

Components of the program include development of a spiritually based program including missions, fellowship, community awareness and recreation.

Qualifications:

• Commitment to Christian living
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to relate to high school youth
• High energy, with strong leadership skills

The High School Youth Director will also be responsible for planning, executing, and leading an annual summer mission trip experience for this age group. An additional stipend will be awarded for the successful completion of this activity.

Job Profile:

Approximately 7-10 hours per week (includes planning and youth activity)
